1. ORDERING


How do I know which size will fit me best?

 

Our silhouettes are easy and versatile - that’s why we only produce in three different sizes: S/M, M/L and One Size

Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

Please ensure all details on your order are correct before confirming your checkout. In particular, we recommend double-checking your email address, delivery address and the acceptance, and accuracy, of promotional codes.

What currency are your prices in?

As you are visiting our us store all prices displayed are in euros (USD).

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes as the shipping process has already started. Our orders are processed immediately so once an order ships we are unable to cancel this.

 

If you do need us to cancel your order please email customer care right away including your order number and full name in your request.

 

Always ensure your shipping address is correct. Any order with an invalid address will be automatically returned and cause a delay in delivery time. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact customer care.

What if something I ordered arrived damaged or faulty?

We are sincerely apologetic that there is a concern with your order. Please contact us. email. (Please quote your order number).

2. SHIPPING


How long will it take to receive my order?

All our orders are shipped the next business day after payment confirmation.

For domestic & international shipping, all orders are directly processed via DHL services.

Your order requires signature upon delivery. You will receive your parcel with 4-10 business days delivery from the day you placed the order - we recommend you to select a delivery address where someone will be available to receive it.

Will I have to pay customs and duties taxes?

 

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over these charges and we aren’t able to inform you about its costs - duties /taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to.

3. RETURNS


Do you offer returns?

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

You have up to 15 days after you received your order to return your item(s). Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Sal de Pipa will send you a courtesy email update as soon as your refund or credit note has been initiated.

Do you offer exchanges?

Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

3. GARMENTS & CARE


How do I care for my Sal de Pipa garments?
We believe there is more to washing your wearables than simply divvying up the lights and the darks, delicates and denim. Our items are produced through delicate processes - it’s important to love them a bit more!

 

Each piece is unique - please note that there can be slight irregularities in the print/colour of the garment as a result of the hand-made process.

Hand-wash & rinse in cold water. Dry flat - do not bleach, tumble dry or flat iron, do not dry clean.
